Es ist ein Übersetzungsfehler "Lv. 2: Defeat the final enemy in a battle (0/1) – MUST BE DONE WHILE AT LOW HEALTH: The in-game requirement description is wrongly translated in the English version! In the Japanese version it says to defeat the final enemy in a battle while at low health and that’s what you must do! Kill all but one enemy, let the enemy damage you until you are at critical health when cracks appear on the screen, then kill that last enemy using Tempest (can change difficulty to hard in game settings and turn off auto-evasion if you have it enabled to suffer damage quicker)."
