schade, multiplayer soll wohl wirklich nicht der hit sein:

 

 

***Online Problems so far.***

_THINGS STOPPING A SOLID ONLINE EXPERIENCE_

 

1. When room gets more then 8 people a huge crash happens right after loading screen and the leader is a lap ahead.

2. Bump drafting is impossible, you try to come up on someone and the littlest bump will send your car sideways. Especially in turns.

3. Cant make a custom game with custom set ups on, damage, assists, etc.. The only thing you can do is pick a track (Which you never get into anyways) and change the laps.

4. Can't choose a car online, have to use your career car, in other words you WILL have to start your career OVER if you want a new driver.

5. Mini map will make drivers disappear, then they will come out of no where and crash.

6. First day patch has not fixed any problems.

7. No cautions or double file restarts...NO RESTARTS AT ALL!

8. As soon as you hit E on the fuel gauge you race is over, even if you have enough speed to make it to the pits.

9. Only way to actually make a custom game is to create a private match, which then you can change everything (besides car). **I'm not sure if private matches go toward leaderboards**

10. No Review Mirror in close car cam.

11. Occasional freezing at the loading screen (saw this the most with Talladega)

Online Problems So Far

When people pit online under the yellow you can't tell because their cars are still riding around under yellow on your screen.

Damage online is even lamer than the damage offline

Crashes online with other cars often result in my car coming to an abrupt stop for no reason.

Online restarts are messed up, cars are often seperated my multiple car lenghts when the green flag waves.

Online had No car collisons at watkins glen without any reasoning or notice

Online registered 1st and 2nd place both as 2nd place in one race I was in.

Online pit stops are really lame and take any pit strategy out of the race.

Career Driver is the ONLY car you can race online. You have to restart your career to change your online car.

When you create a private match you only have 60 seconds to invite your friends before the race starts automatically.(THIS IS REALLY BAD NEWS FOR LEAGUES)

Race length options are not very good. 2% 5% 10% 50% 100%.(added for hitstickmaster2)

Vor ca. 4 Stunden (laut Google) kam die Meldung das die Xbox360 Version des Spiels nicht REGIONFREE ist. Ob es sich hier nur um ein PR Gag handelt ist unklar. Sollte dies stimmen, wird es auch für die PS3 so enden. Denke ich. Bei neuen Information gebe ich euch natürlich bescheid. Der Release ist in den USA nun erfolgt. Allerdings ist es dort erst 8:00 Uhr (6h zurück rechnen), hier könnten wir erfahren wie gut das Spiel wirklich ist.

 

PS3 Spiele sind immer Regionalcodefrei. Das gibt es dort gar nicht anders. War seit Release der Konsole so und wird sich auch nicht ändern. Egal wo ein Spiel veröffentlicht wird. Da muss man dahingehend auch niemals Angst haben.

 

Gameinformer gibt eine 7/10, was in Ordnung ist. Deutlich besser als meine erwartete Wertung.

Die Jungs von GiantBomb haben einen knapp 40 Minuten langen Quick Look Online gestellt. Sieht teilweise höllisch schnell aus.

Ich würde die Meinung in einem GT Forum nicht umbedingt überbewerten. Ich gehe wenn ich Meinungen zur PS3 haben will, ja auch nicht in ein Xbox Forum.

 

Zudem gibt es dort ja nur zwei Meinungen. Ein User findet es bis auf den Online-Mode zumindest Offline ganz ok. Der andere ist nicht begeistert. Ein dritter spricht grundsätzlich über Qualität.

 

Ich denke den Online-Modus darf man nicht zu schnell verteufeln. Der war bei GT auch lange nicht gut. Besonders nicht in der Anfangszeit. Da gebe ich den Entwicklern noch Zeit, die vorhandenen Probleme zu überarbeiten.

 

Das was ich heute im Giant Bomb Video gesehen habe, hat mir gefallen. Mag nicht jedem gefallen. Besonders nicht wenn man eine Simulation sucht. Für rasante Rennen mit sovielen teilnehmern wirkt es aber spaßig. Just my 2 Cent.

Ich warte geduldig auf mein Spiel. GLS liefert es aus, deswegen dauert es noch ein bisschen
